Noah and the Rainbow, by our K-2 MAKOM Class

On Sunday morning January 26th, Morah Mindy's K-2 MAKOM class, with the help of our Rabbinic Intern, Zachary, learned about Noah, the ark and all the animals. They talked about why animals are important to our world and learned about caring for animals, caring for each other and why the rainbow was created. Zachary read the story, "Worse and Worse on Noah's Ark," by Leslie Minkler. The students then hand painted this beautiful rainbow and added animal stickers.
